Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all U.S. states, offering rapid response and shipment times generally within the first 24 hours of purchase. We also currently offer Free Shipping on any order placed on our website!

• Orders received after 5pm ET will be processed on the next business day.

• Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Process

All products are eligible for return.

• Product must be in original packaging and unused to be eligible.

• Product is eligible for return within 15 business days of delivery date.

To start a return, you can contact us at prettypennycards@outlook.com.

• Please include your order number and purchase date.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of it’s arrival. After inspecting the item, if your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
